​Health Insurance Renewals - Coming Soon!!

Individuals with Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan and Medicare Savings Programs with authorization dates through May 31, 2023 will be automatically be renewed for an additional 12 months. However, cases with recertifications of June 2023 and beyond will need to recertify or be subject to a case closing. Renewal packets for those who need to recertify, will be sent in March and April. Clients will need to return the renewal forms to have their cases rebudgeted and renewed.

It is imperative that clients update their address with the LDSS (HRA in NYC) and NY State of Health to ensure that they receive the renewal information.
