​ACCESS HRA to Accept Medicaid Renewals

NYC Medicaid recipients with coverage administered by HRA, who do not also have a Cash Assistance case, are now able to submit their Medicaid renewal information using the ACCESS HRA client portal. These recipients still have the option of mailing in the renewal forms to NYC HRA; ACCESS HRA provides another option for renewal submission.

This enhancement to ACCESS HRA is timely, as recipients with Medicaid authorizations ending June 30, 2023, or later will be required to recertify their eligibility to determine ongoing coverage.
