2025-2026 HEAP Season Delayed

Due to the ongoing shutdown of the federal government the Regular 2025-2026 HEAP season will be delayed until November 17, 2025.
Details on the 2025-2026 HEAP Plan, with the revised income guidelines, will be published here.
Update October 31, 2025: HEAP Regular benefit component for 2025-2026 has been delayed until further notice. This supersedes previous guidance provided here and here that stated that the HEAP Regular benefit component would open November 17.
