Request a SNAP Budget Letter:  

To request a SNAP budget letter call 718-722-8009, the NYC HRA Self-Service Line. The caller will need to have the recipient's case number and zip code. Or a visit the local SNAP center to request a budget, if receiving SNAP benefits only, or the Job Center, if receiving Cash Assistance and SNAP concurrently. The SNAP budget will allow you to compare how HRA calculated the SNAP budget with the budget that you calculated.
