Subscribing to Benefits Plus

Purchasing a Subscription

To access Benefits Plus you need to purchase a subscription.   Click on the Subscribe tab (located on the upper right hand corner of the webpage), and it will open up to the New Subscription page. 

Benefits Plus is an annual subscription.  The subscription begins from the date we receive your payment.  You will be notified via e-mail when your subscription is expiring, so you can renew.

Available Subscription Options

Benefits Plus offers three different options:  

  • Online Version:  This option is for those who want to purchase an online subscription for just one staff person.   Individuals cannot share their username or password with other staff at their agency.  Agencies that want to purchase Benefits Plus for more than one staff person must purchase the custom package.  
  • Custom Package: This option is for those who want to purchase an online subscription for two or more staff. 
  • Print Version: A print version will be available later this year.  The print version will contain the same content as the online version, however, it will be only updated twice a year, whereas the online version will be updated regularly.  When the print version is updated, it will incorporate all the updates done for the online version. 

Selecting an Option

Select the option you would like to purchase by clicking on the Add to Cart button located under the description of each option.  Indicate the quantity you want and click on the Update Cart button.  If you change your mind, you can remove your selection by checking the Remove box and clicking the  Update Cart

 

 

 

 

 

Note:  You can purchase any one of the above options, or you can purchase a print version with a custom package or a print version with an online version.  You cannot, however, purchase a custom package with an online version - it must be one or the other. 

Checkout

To begin the checkout process click the Checkout button.  See below for instructions for a print subscription, online subscriptions or a custom package subscription.

Print Subscription

A print subscription will be available later this year. 

Online Package Subscription

It will open up to the Terms & ConditionsBenefits Plus is protected by copyright laws.  Access is limited to designated users.  Sharing of username and password is prohibited.  When you subscribe you must agree to the terms and conditions outlined here by clicking on the Accept button. 

After you have accepted the terms and conditions, you must create an account.  Complete the Log-in information (your e-mail address, which will become your username, and a password).  You must also complete the Contact Information.  Certain information is required and if not completed you cannot proceed to checkout.  Once completed, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. 

Custom Package Subscription

It will open up to an alert informing you the individual completing the subscription information will become the Account Manager for your agency.  The account manager will be one of the designated users of Benefits Plus and will be responsible for the following:

  • Subscription payment
  • Ensuring designated staff sign up for Benefits Plus
  • Adding/deleting users
  • Subscription renewal
  • Serving as a liaison to troubleshoot any issues with your agency's account

Shipping & Payment

The program will automatically fill in your contact information for billing.  Select your payment method.  You can pay by credit card or check/money order. 

  • Credit card: you will have immediate access to Benefits Plus
  • Check or money order:  you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can submit to your company.  Once we receive your payment we will activate your account and we will notify you via e-mail that your account is active.    Note:  This invoice must accompany payment.   Once we receive payment, we will activate your account and you will be able to access Benefits Plus.
  • Purchase order:  If your company will purchase a subscription with a purchase order, you should indicate you are paying by check .  You will receive an invoice via e-mail, which you can use to process the purchase order.   Note:  This invoice must accompany payment.   Once we receive payment, we will activate your account and you will be able to access Benefits Plus.

Review Order

This gives you the opportunity to confirm the information provided. If you need to make any changes, click on the Back button and make the necessary changes. If the information is correct, click on Submit Order.

It will open up to a web-page confirming your order. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail.  If you paid by credit card, you will have immediate access to Benefits Plus. If you paid by check you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can use to process payment.
