Training

The Center for Benefits and Services provides training for social service providers on a full range of public benefits and subsidized housing programs, from the basic through advanced levels.  These 3-hour workshops are offered regularly throughout the year at CSS for a moderate fee.

Participants in our basic workshops receive a Participant Guide and an Appendix to follow during the session, which includes not only the information covered in the training, but listings of local government offices and valuable resources, case example and answers, advocacy tips, samples of pertinent government agency notices, a glossary and more.
